Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, including all documentation. Items showing signs of use, modification, or damage caused after delivery may not qualify for a return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

Please include a copy of your original receipt with order number and contact info. Once your returned item is received, it will be inspected to verify that it meets our return eligibility requirements. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error, such as a defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped product.
