By purchasing or using this product, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Use at Your Own Risk
Golf practice and athletic training activities involve inherent risks of injury and property damage. Usersassume full responsibility for the safe and proper use of the Impact Buddy.
Always ensure that the practice area is clear of people, animals, vehicles, buildings, and other objects thatmay be damaged by a golf club or golf ball.
Intended Use
The Impact Buddy is intended solely as a golf training aid for practice purposes.
Do not use the product for any purpose other than its intended use.
Adult Supervision
Children should only use the product under the supervision of a responsible adult familiar with golf safetypractices.
Inspect Before Use
Before each use, inspect the product for signs of wear, damage, or deterioration. Discontinue use if theproduct appears damaged or unsafe.
Product Care and Restrictions
Do not stand, sit, jump, kneel, or place excessive weight on the product.
Do not modify, cut, puncture, or alter the product in any way.
Use only on appropriate golf practice surfaces.
Store in a cool, dry location when not in use.
Discontinue use if the product becomes damaged or compromised.
Assumption of Risk
Users voluntarily assume all risks associated with golf practice, including but not limited to:
Striking the ground, mat, or training aid
Mis-hit golf shots
Flying golf balls
Swing-related injuries
Damage to personal property
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, True Rep Athletics shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, orexpense arising from the use or misuse of the Impact Buddy, including direct, indirect, incidental, special, orconsequential damages.
No Performance Guarantee
The Impact Buddy is designed to provide training feedback. Individual results will vary. True Rep Athleticsmakes no guarantee regarding golf performance, handicap improvement, scoring improvement, or athleticoutcomes.
